Book Reviews
This well-written book describes how things can go terribly wrong in the workplace. It must have taken a great deal of courage to write this book, exposing personal vulnerabilities and showing how one woman stood up for herself and moved forward. Good for you, Margy!

Vivian Fransen

Many managers and HR specialists make this decision every day: do you try to resolve an employee related problem or just make it go away? When the issue is sexual harassment, it is even more tempting to make the issue go away. This company found out the hard way that you should do the right thing, even when it is not easy: and that if you lack integrity in business, you might just find a woman like Margy Binion who was willing to go through hell out of sheer principle. This is one woman's David and Goliath story of vindication and the deeper understanding of self that can only come from sticking up for yourself against the odds. An empowering story of a woman with inspiring conviction!

I was privileged to grow up as a school friend of Margy Binion. I knew her well (and still do) as a kind, bright, hard working , self-deprecating soul who never sought the spotlight, but always had your back. The garbage to which she was subjected to in the corporate world is unconscionable, all the more so because of her gentle nature. I know her story is true, and I know it took all the courage she could muster to finally fight back. Though heart-breaking to read, her story is an important one to be told, and women in all walks of life would benefit immensely from her insight and honesty. And anyone with a tendency to abuse power would do well to see the havoc that might result. Let justice prevail. Margy Binion is an inspiration!
